Job summary

Overland AI in Seattle is seeking a Production Coordinator to support manufacturing and production operations. This early-career role emphasizes solving operational problems, improving processes, and ensuring critical production tasks don’t fall through the cracks.

You will own and support cross-functional activities with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and production teams to maintain accurate documentation, coordinate schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, project coordination, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy across engineering and manufacturing systems.
• Create, edit, and revise production work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
• Maintain data quality and organization within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Assist with production scheduling, work order planning, and manufacturing prioritization.
• Coordinate cross‑functional action items to ensure production projects remain on track.
