Genesis10 is currently seeking a Production Coordinator/Associate Project Manager (Non-Technical) for our client in New York, NY. This is a 6-month + contract and hybrid remote position. Must be in the New York office Tuesday - Thursday.
Pay rate range: $43.68 - $50.86/hr (W2 only)
Summary:
The role involves supporting our Sponsorship work and Design team, with a focus on project management and design. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple workflows simultaneously, be proactive, eager, and communicative. Ideal candidates will have experience in a startup or agency environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute initiatives related to Editorial Sponsorships & Design.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, build relationships, and monitor project progress.
- Oversee operational program management for Editorial teams.
- Establish standards, cadence, and version control for project documentation and workflows.
- Develop new project tools and templates.
- Manage projects according to plan, including action items, owners, due dates, and risks.
- Create and update project artifacts and facilitate meetings.
- Track and report key metrics, analyze data, and provide insights.
- Handle multiple operations projects of varying complexity.
- Build partnerships with stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and relationships.
- Manage day-to-day customer needs, including product training and support.
- Be a team player.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in non-technical project/program management.
- Adaptable, action-oriented, and capable of managing change.
- Experience in relationship management.
- Candidates must be available to work directly as Genesis10 employees.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing complex global projects.
- Background in Advertising or Sponsored Content.
- Experience in managing projects within the Design lifecycle.
- Knowledge of project lifecycle processes.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and conduct detailed analysis.
- Effective communication with executive and business leaders.
- Proactive and productive stakeholder support.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under deadlines.
