Job summary

LB Capital is seeking a Production Coordinator in New York to support roofing project execution. You will manage materials, timelines, communications, and logistics between vendors, sales, PMs, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project flow from start to finish.

The role requires detail orientation, organization, and strong collaboration across departments. Full-time, in-person position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

• Must be organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate timely procurement.
• Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan.
• Serve as main point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
• Support project managers in overcoming challenges and keeping work on track.
• Assist the sales team with post-sale coordination.
• Keep detailed records and ensure documentation is organized and up-to-date.
• Monitor project progress, resolve discrepancies, and share updates with leadership.

This position is critical in ensuring that every job runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes force managing materials, timelines, communication, and logistics between vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors.

What You’ll Do:
