Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support our pre-close service team. This position plays a key role in managing material flow and scheduling field service work. The ideal candidate will coordinate shortages and repairs, order materials for service orders, and schedule installations while maintaining strong communication with field crews and vendors. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, solid organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Track and process material shortages, jobsite repairs, and production service-related issues
• Order and manage materials for service work, ensuring timely processing by material vendors
• Schedule service and repair orders, coordinating with field teams and subcontractors
• Communicate ETA updates for materials and deliveries to field supervisors
• Maintain accurate documentation for all production service activities
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and project management teams to ensure project timelines are met

Qualifications :

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organizational skills, time management skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines
• Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional working relationships with builders, vendors, subordinates, and co-workers
• Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors in a professional and courteous manner
• Proactively identifies, analyzes, addresses, and resolves problem areas, conflicts, and issues
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred :

• Experience in construction, field operations, or project coordination strongly preferred
• Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and SAP preferred
• Knowledge of the single-family home building industry

Education :

• High School or equivalent (Required)
• BS / BA in a related discipline (Preferred)

Experience :

• 2+ years of applicable job experience
