Job summary

Frank Calandra Jennmar Services is seeking a Production Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations by coordinating production schedules, managing work orders, and aligning materials, labor, and equipment to meet customer delivery requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years in manufacturing or production planning. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus ERP/MRP experience, are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Release, prioritize, and monitor production work orders.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Inventory, Quality and Shipping to ensure materials/resources are available.
• Monitor production progress and communicate schedule changes or shortages.
• Maintain accurate production records and ERP transactions.
• Prepare production reports and scheduling updates for management.
• Identify bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and operating procedures.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and established operating procedures.
