We are seeking a highly motivated team player with strong attention to detail to join our team as a Production Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a strong self-starter with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. In this role you will work closely with our design teams, sales department and overseas factories.

Responsibilities:
  • Must have experience in production timelines and managing purchase order (PO) issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mass production environment.
  • Work closely with vendors, including correspondence, approvals, requesting samples, sending order commitments, issuing POs, and confirming shipping dates.
  • Manage the entire purchase order issuance and maintenance process for the company, ensuring compliance with vendor guidelines and standards.
  • Possess strong organizational and planning skills, with knowledge of cost analysis, margins, and inventory turnover.
  • Oversee production and inventory spreadsheets, timelines, and delivery schedules.
  • Follow up with factories to obtain tracking numbers, delivery dates, production samples, and bulk production updates.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Technical teams on projections, size breaks, tickets, and system item definitions.
  • Monitor work-in-progress deliveries and factory performance to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Ensure all timelines are met from sample development through production to shipping, adhering to the tactical calendar and production standards.
  • Confirm the quality of fabrics, trims, and colors for production.
  • Attend pre-production (PP) and top-of-production (TOP) fittings to ensure correct product processing.
  • Maintain daily correspondence and follow-up with factories and buyers.
  • EDI/AMT experience is a plus.
  • Kohls'/ Walmart experience PLUS
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
  • Excellent English communication-verbal and written
  • Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
  • Comfortable and confident in making effective decisions in a timely manner

  • Computer proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Ability to demonstrate proactive problems solving skills
