Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of apparel orders from development through delivery.
• Maintain and update Time & Action (T&A) calendars.
• Prepare and monitor Work In Progress (WIP) reports.
• Track production status including samples, fabrics, trims, approvals, and shipping timelines.
• Communicate daily with overseas and domestic factories/vendors.
• Follow up on deadlines and proactively resolve production issues.
• Coordinate internally with sales, sourcing, logistics, and operations teams.
• Ensure orders are produced accurately and delivered on time.
• Manage multiple production orders simultaneously.

An apparel wholesaler is seeking a detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of orders from purchase order through final delivery. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of apparel production, timelines, and factory coordination who can manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full lifecycle of apparel orders from development through delivery
• Maintain and update Time & Action (T&A) calendars
• Prepare and monitor Work In Progress (WIP) reports
