Job summary

Midwest Bath Company, a SageHome LLC subsidiary, is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to coordinate installations within the production team and help manage project schedules. The role focuses on organizing resources and information to ensure on-time completion while supporting a growing operation across IL and IA.

The ideal candidate has production coordination experience (pref. construction) and a strong work ethic, with training available for those from related fields.

Qualifications

• Inventory tracking software experience preferred.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
• Excellent communications skills are required.
• Professional with leadership characteristics.
• Ability to pass drug-screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute job packets per project.
• Manage installer and installation schedule.
• Schedule and confirm all projects with homeowner and installer.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts.

Midwest Bath Company, a subsidiary of SageHome LLC, is looking to add an experienced Production Coordinator to our team. We are growing at an explosive rate, servicing most of IL and all of IA!

This position will focus on the coordination of installations within the production team.

We are seeking someone that preferably has familiarity with production coordination, ideally in the construction industry, and is a self-starter with a great work ethic, but we are equally happy to train the right candidate with a background outside of production coordination. Job Summary

Project coordinators are the driving force behind the success of New Bath Today’s day-to-day operation. Working with their project managers, they ensure the coordination of resources and information is distributed effectively while organizing projects with the goal of getting them completed on time.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Prepare and distribute job packets per project

· Manage installer and installation schedule

· Schedule and confirm all projects with homeowner and installer

· Resolve scheduling conflicts

· Review inventory levels

· Assist with other tasks as needed
