Job summary

ContractingPRO in Cordova, Tennessee is hiring a Production Coordinator to own the end-to-end logistics of active projects in our roofing and siding business.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or operations, strong organization, excellent phone etiquette, and proficiency with CRM and spreadsheets.

You will manage scheduling, materials, permits, and inspections, release work orders to crews, and maintain real-time job files in a fully in-office, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, or an operations or construction office.
• Genuinely organized. Not “pretty organized.” The kind people notice and comment on.
• Warm and confident on the phone with a homeowner who is nervous about their house.
• Comfortable being told what the priority is, and just as comfortable saying out loud when something is off track.
• Accurate, because close enough costs real money in this seat.
• Solid with a CRM, email, and spreadsheets.
• Able to work from our Cordova office. This seat is not remote.

Responsibilities

• The full logistics of every active job, from Production Manager approval to completion, across all jobs in the pipeline.
• Same-day customer communication; respond to homeowner calls and messages the same business day.
• Track material and special orders; verify color, profile, and quantity against files before delivery.
• Ensure the Ready gate with scope, materials, permits, and crew alignment.
• Release jobs to the crew with complete work orders and staged materials.
• Daily job watch; back up Field Managers and monitor all active jobs.
• Process change orders in writing before any extra work.
• Close the loop with post-install satisfaction calls and clean files.
• Coordinate permits and inspections; keep them moving in the background.

• Scheduling and every date change. Offered and confirmed directly with the homeowner by phone, never assumed from an email
• Releasing the job to the crew. A complete work order and staged materials ready before the crew has to ask
• Daily job watch. Keeping eyes on every active job in the pipeline at once, and backing up Field Managers when something needs attention

Compensation $25–$30 per hour depending on experience (roughly $52,000–$62,400 a year). Health stipend, paid time off, and paid holidays.
