Job summary

Journey Church in Lake Worth, Texas is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee all campus productions, ensuring distraction-free environments for worship and connection through Audio, Video, and Lighting.

You will lead scheduling, programming, and execution, develop the Production Dream Team, manage equipment and workflows, and collaborate with the Production Director on special events and campus projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of production experience (audio/video/lighting).
• Proficiency with MA, Allen & Heath, QSYS/Cue Server, and ROSS Video consoles/surfaces.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus production, including scheduling teams, programming, execution, and team development.
• Oversee production for Journey YTH/YA gatherings and events, scheduling teams and development.
• Assist in managing distributed systems across campuses (YTH and Kids).
• Assist with equipment installation and maintenance as needed.
• Assist the Production Director with projects and tasks.
• Assist other Journey teams with campus projects and tasks.
• Set up production equipment for services and events at any campus.
• Organize Production Development gatherings (Cultivate) and foster team culture.
• Promote a supportive, appreciative environment among the Production Dream Team.

Job Purpose:

The purpose of the Production Coordinator position role at Journey Church is to oversee the coordination of all aspects of productions at the assigned campus.Our Production team is passionate about using their gifts to serve behind the scenes to deliver excellent, distraction-free environments that create space for people to connect with and experience God through Audio, Video, and Lighting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production for assigned campus, including but not limited to scheduling teams, programming, execution, troubleshooting, and development of dream team members.
• Oversee production for Journey YTH and/or YA gatherings and special events, including but not limited to scheduling teams, programming, execution, and development of dream team members.
• Assist in management and/or operation of all distributed systems at Journey Church campuses, including YTH and Kids’ environments.
• Assist with equipment installation and maintenance as needed.
• Assist Production Director with projects and tasks as needed.

• Assist other Journey Church teams with campus-specific projects and tasks as needed.
• Assist with production equipment set up and operation for Journey services and events at any campus as needed.

• Oversee the organization, scheduling, and execution of Production Development gatherings (Cultivate).
• Embody principles of healthy team culture so that an atmosphere of community, appreciation, and enjoyment is present throughout Production Dream Team.

Qualifications / Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of Production experience (Audio/Video/Lighting)
