Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) is seeking a part-time, hourly Production Coordinator to support SkyCam operations for live sports events. This role requires evening, night, and weekend availability and strong administrative skills to assist producers, manage schedules, and coordinate travel.

• Bachelor’s degree pursuit in business, entrepreneurship, finance, sports management or accounting preferred.
• Experience in logistics, scheduling, project management, or sports & entertainment is a plus.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Managers with administrative duties for on-site live events (NFL, CFB, NHL, NBA) per week.
• Coordinate travel for crews with various vendors/clients.
• Communicate with networks, venues, leagues and senior technical staff; distribute site surveys and SkyCam requirements.
• Coordinate venue-rental equipment and have a basic understanding of SkyCam technology.
• Maintain a running event log to track operational information and issues.
• Assist with financial duties including invoices, filing, credit card authorizations, reconciliations and accruals.
• Coordinate operations issues with Production Managers, NOC Operations and Technical Operations Manager.
• Assist with crew/contractor and vendor billing and expense reports.
• Data entry and reporting in databases related to event details (financials, travel, clients/vendors, venue).
• A valid Driver’s license is required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Nature of Work:

The Production Coordinator is a support services member supporting growth in the SkyCam Operations Team. This team member is required to be available to support the operations team in a variety of functions and learning experiences.

Examples of work performed:

• Assist Production Managers and with administrative duties associated with on-site productions of multiple Live Sporting Events (NFL, CFB, NHL, NBA) per week, each event with varying deadlines.
• Through phone and email support and schedule travel for multiple crews per week, directly and/or through various vendors/clients
• Communicates and collaborates with clients (such as television networks), venues, leagues, and senior technical staff; distributes site surveys and the technical requirements relating to SkyCam.
• Coordination/booking of venue-required rental equipment as needed. A basic understanding of SkyCam technology.
• Creates and maintains a running event log for assigned events to track and update operational information, troubleshooting and other issues on individual events as they arise.
• Assist with financial duties related to events, include processing invoices, filing, and maintaining client/vendor files, processing credit card authorizations, reconciling monthly expenses, following up with clients on payment status, and completing monthly accruals; Auditing and holding accountability for all aspects of financials related to events
• Coordinate operations issues with Production Managers, NOC Operations and Technical Operations Manager
• Assists with crew/contractor and vendor related billing and expense reports.
• Data entry and reporting within various databases related to event details to include, but not limited to, financials, travel, clients/vendors, and venue information.
• Reliable transportation is a must
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• The ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is a must.
• Prior experience in live-event, field technical operations is a plus.
• Work in extreme weather conditions
• Work in high stress environment
• A Valid Driver’s license is required.

• Television Broadcast or live events field a plus
• Once fully trained and proficient in job duties, there may be ability to work from home (Fort Worth area) and office (Fort Worth) as necessary.
• Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
• Pursuit of bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, finance, sports management or accounting preferred
• Experience within logistics, scheduling, project management, or sports & entertainment,
• Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
