The Arsenal Launch Team (ALT) will set the standard for building the future at Arsenal-1, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Columbus, OH. This team will have the opportunity to train under our world-class manufacturing team at Anduril HQ in Costa Mesa, CA for 6 months before bringing that standard of excellence back to Ohio.

This role requires candidates to relocate to Costa Mesa for a 6-month training program, with the goal to be back in Columbus, OH full time by 1.1.2026. Housing, transportation, etc., will be provided during your stay.

About the Job

We are seeking a Production Coordinator to join our manufacturing team at Anduril who will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of production. Here you will work on cutting-edge technology aimed at advancing the state-of-the-possible. The Production Coordinator is responsible for resource planning, documentation, communication with multiple stakeholders, problem solving, and more. If you are a highly motivated team player who is willing to support a fast-paced environment and a detail-oriented self-starter with minimal oversight, then this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor, track, and move parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to the next production location.
• Coordinate physical movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, production resources, or any applicable work center.
• Ensure parts are handled and protected properly and within company specifications.
• Coordinate off-site processing of parts to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory teams cross-functionally.
• Maintain clean and accurate MRP/ERP/MES data and assist with inventory inaccuracies.
• Work with production managers to complete all metric-driven action requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports for internal and customer use.
• Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership weekly.
• Support logistics processes and management of material certifications.
• Assist with inventory actions and organize production-related tooling and calibration data.
• Support work order management activities as required.
• Lift and move items of 20 pounds or more regularly and perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, and stooping.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, shipping, or logistics.
• Experience with MRP/ERP/MES systems (e.g., Netsuite, Oracle).
• Strong computer skills, familiar with MS Office, Tableau, Confluence, SQL, or reporting tools.
• U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled data.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years handling parts in manufacturing.
• Experience organizing files/documents, inventory, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing.
• APICS certification and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles.

The salary range is an estimate based on various factors.
