Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a Production Cook in Oklahoma to prepare foods according to recipes and standards. You will help ensure portion control, quality, and timely service while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and working across varied shifts.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year of kitchen experience, and the ability to obtain a food handler’s card. You should be comfortable in fast-paced environments and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1-year related experience or equivalent education/experience.
  • Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work weekends/holidays.
  • Comfort working in diverse environments such as kitchens and casino floors.

  • Follow recipes and portion control to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain proper food presentation and timeliness of service.
