Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment in Grove, Oklahoma is seeking a Supervisor of Food and Beverage to lead daily venue operations, ensure high-quality products, and maintain exceptional service standards.

You will supervise staff, train new team members, and manage scheduling and inventory while contributing to labor and operating cost control. Uphold safety, health, and gaming compliance to deliver memorable guest experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1-3 years of food and beverage experience.
• Ability to supervise a department and provide input on hiring, firing, and performance decisions.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
• Requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting that may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
