You will monitor plans and work in-process backlogs to consider impacts of future planning and staffing to keep the building balanced. In partnership with key leadership and support teams, ensure the key is adequately staffed and trained to meet throughput commitments. Lead and facilitate all operational Management System huddles. Additionally, you will participate in the development of business plans, using trends and reporting tools to help identify and drive areas of opportunity within the building to positively impact KPIs.Core responsibilities of this job are described within the job description.
