The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. About You

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 3 to 6 years of experience in structured problem-solving (Green Belt preferred or equivalent experience)
• Working knowledge of structured problem solving tools (DMAIC, Statistical Process Control, Kaizen, Process Mapping, 5S, Fishbone, etc.)
• Proven strength in problem solving and advanced data/ statistical analysis
• Project management skills including scoping, problem statements, goal definition, and timeline management
• Strong training and mentoring skills with emphasis on team member development and engagement
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, organizational, presentation skills
• Most facilities operate 24/7 requiring flexible working hours
• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including the mezzanine platforms
