Job summary

Target Cedar Falls Distribution Center seeks an Operations Director to lead a full DC function with a focus on safety, continuous improvement, and team leadership. You will guide strategic priorities, coach leaders, and drive productivity using metrics and on-floor engagement.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration while fostering a culture of accountability and problem solving to deliver guest-centric service and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

  • Four year degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technology, Operations, or related field.
  • Experience with manufacturing, production, or distribution environments.
  • Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills for staffing and coaching.
  • Proven ability to use metrics and process improvement to drive results.
