Job summary

rms Company, a Cretex Medical unit, is seeking a Production Controller to manage the production schedule and ensure on-time delivery. You will coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and accounting to move products through from after machining to final inspection.

This role operates Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, and requires understanding of scheduling, inventory, and ERP systems. Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production schedule and work orders to enable product flow to insure on time deliveries.
• Print orders for production and monitor completion of orders
• Supply customer service with delivery dates
• Monitor customer backlog reports for manufacturing to insure on-time-delivery
• Move products internally and expedites outside vendors
• Expedite orders as needed to meet customer demand
• Respond to internal customer requests
• Prepare and submit shipping lists to accounting

Production Control Summary

Coordinates the product flow from after machining to final inspection. This position involves communication with customers and outside vendors. This position assumes the responsibility of production control and work with quality control, accounting, manufacturing, and engineering to move product along as scheduled.

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm

• High School Diploma or GED
• Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Cretex Companies use cutting oils, solvents, and other chemicals in the manufacturing process. Testing is conducted on a periodic basis to ensure that all chemicals are kept well below the OSHA permissible exposure levels.

Pay Range

USD $23.08 - USD $33.46 /Hr.
