Job summary

rms Company, a Cretex Medical member, seeks a Production Control professional in Minnesota to coordinate product flow from post-machining to final inspection. You will collaborate with quality, accounting, manufacturing and engineering to keep schedules on track.

1st shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, printing orders, providing delivery dates to customers, expediting vendors, and responding to internal requests.

Qualifications

• Understanding of production requirements, processes, and materials.
• Scheduling/planning principles and concepts.
• Inventory principles and concepts.
• Manufacturing / ERP systems software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production schedule and work orders to enable product flow to insure on time deliveries.
• Print orders for production and monitor completion of orders
• Supplies customer service with delivery dates
• Monitors customer backlog reports for manufacturing to insure on-time-delivery
• Moves products internally and expedites outside vendors

• Respond to internal customer requests
• Prepares and submits shipping lists to accounting

Production Control Summary

Coordinates the product flow from after machining to final inspection. This position involves communication with customers and outside vendors. This position assumes the responsibility of production control and work with quality control, accounting, manufacturing, and engineering to move product along as scheduled.

Cretex Companies use cutting oils, solvents, and other chemicals in the manufacturing process. Testing is conducted on a periodic basis to ensure that all chemicals are kept well below the OSHA permissible exposure levels.

Pay Range

USD $23.08 - USD $33.46 /Hr.
