Job summary

Doncasters in Oxford, AL is seeking a Production Control Sub-Contract Supervisor to coordinate production schedules, priorities, capacity, and delivery dates with subcontract manufacturing partners. The role works Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficient PC skills and knowledge of production control computer systems.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, 6S and other advanced manufacturing methodologies.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, customer service and ERP systems.
• Experience leading production personnel staffing, reviews and goal setting.

Responsibilities

• Planning, priorities, administrative tasks and logistics to support subcontract vendors.
• Managing all subcontract processes.
