Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of material flow and shop-floor layout; good verbal/written communication; proficiency with MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily Line Walk and Ship Plan Meetings.
• Coordinate with Production Control Manager and outside vendors to maintain plans and commitments.
• Expedite material flow between departments and suppliers to ensure timely availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Troubleshoot production issues and communicate solutions to management.
• Maintain data in MRP/ERP systems and generate production status reports.
• Ensure parts meet CPP specifications and coordinate outside processing.
