Job summary

REDCOM Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a day-to-day production supervisor to oversee employees and on-floor projects. You will focus on production workflow, scheduling, and monitoring activities across functions, with emphasis on training and coaching front-line staff.

You will be an influential member of the leadership team, participating in daily decisions and strategic planning to meet customer demand and production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production teams and scheduling.
• Strong coordination with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan workflow to all departments, schedule, and monitor production.
• Coordinate activities of production planning with sales, engineering, and purchasing.
• Monitor and direct shop floor work and reports.
• Collaborate with Quality to support the Quality Management System.
• Prepare reports and paperwork for production planning activities.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings and communicate issues.
