Job summary

Tempur Sealy is hiring a Production Control Manager at our Belmont, Mississippi location. You will oversee day-to-day and long-term production control planning, scheduling, and materials flow to meet customer requirements while optimizing asset utilization, cost, and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance and at least 3 years in planning, inventory, or purchasing, with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
