Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Production Control Manager to oversee the plant's production scheduling, inventory control, and quality deadlines. You will coordinate schedules, enforce budgets, and lead training for Administrators while maintaining flawless supplier communications.

You'll drive end-to-end supply chain accuracy, monitor performance metrics, and ensure timely support for new models and builds. Strong leadership, ERP experience, and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 5 years prior relevant experience in manufacturing industry working with ERP system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to meet strict deadlines while concurrently managing multiple tasks.
• Able to demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and staff development skills.
