The candidate will manage budgets, forecast production, and guide the team in using DX tools and ERP systems to improve manufacturing processes. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle-Fusion or similar).
• Able to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Experience with MS Office suite; Power BI and data tools helpful.
• Maintains IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Demonstrates independent problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees departmental policies, procedures, systems, & yearly job plans.
• Develops and monitors departmental goals and targets.
• Oversees internal and external logistics.
• Evaluates data to establish efficient allocation and scheduling of parts, materials, machines, and workflows.
• Directs training and education system for Members to improve performance and career development.
• Prepares and oversees department budget and controls expenditure.
• Communicates with customers and suppliers and monitors production schedules and forecasts.
• Manages Inventory Control System through automated alerts and data pulls.
• Leverages DX tools to blend data into a centralized Transformation (OEM Portal, Supplier Shipping, Internal IC S) reports.
• Conducts performance evaluations for all Specialists.
