Job summary

Masaba, Inc. is seeking a Production Control Coordinator in Vermillion, SD to manage all manufacturing operations across Saw, Small Parts, Fabrication, Welding, Paint, General Assembly, shipping and scheduling.

You will lead teams, implement process improvements, and measure operational metrics to exceed customer expectations. The role requires coordinating with the Production Control Manager & Operations Analyst, ensuring safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years experience in manufacturing, process flow, scheduling and people management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge with 5 pillars.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule resources and supervise the production process.
• Oversee plant operations and maintenance to ensure safety and compliance.
• Develop and measure performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of team leaders and support staff.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement cost, quality, and delivery improvements.
