Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Production Control Lead for the 2nd shift in Litchfield Park, AZ. The role focuses on managing production control tasks, working with inventory and the WMS system, and driving efficient workflows to meet customer expectations.

The successful candidate will analyze issues, communicate clearly, and collaborate across departments to resolve merchant and customer problems and ensure high-quality logistics services.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma: technical school or college degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
  • PC skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, web-based and job specific software applications.

  • Follow directions given by Production Controllers to complete daily tasks.

This is a critical role within our operation that maintains reporting, problem solves unforeseen issues, and recommends solutions to enable effective and efficient workflows.
