Job summary

Neotech is seeking a Production Control Planner in Carlsbad, CA to manage delivery commitments and coordinate with program managers and CFTs. The role tracks material alignment for work orders and communicates demand changes to support manufacturing start dates and customer requirements.

You will drive to mutually align material plans with customer needs and lead the weekly delivery commitment process, ensuring timely material kits for production and advising on planning strategies.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial and near-term product delivery commitments to customer & program manager.
• Manage day-to-day supply and demand decisions for specific customer or group of customers.
• Provide material alignment status to work order statuses on WOSR.
• Initiate the DCAF for all new demand load or changes to the existing schedule.
• Coordinate and lead Weekly Product Delivery Commit Process.
• Ensure on-time delivery of material kits to production.
• Analyze demand patterns and advise on planning and manufacturing strategies.
