Qualifications

• Professional entry level position with at least 1 year of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and basic MRP concepts.
• General knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to production control.
• Experience with standard business software and ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports and policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure performance to the master production schedule for customer service and inventory levels.
• Plan, prepare, issue, and control basic production schedules and material requirements.
• Identify material requirements from engineering and production specs.
• Advise management on work in progress, material availability, and issues.
• Coordinate material movements and ensure timely availability for production.
• Schedule and expedite part movement to meet shipping dates.
• Maintain BOM accuracy and item master schedules.
• Maintain configuration control on open orders and data files.
