JTEKT Column Systems NA is seeking an administrative support professional to assist the Production Control Manager. The role involves coordinating forecasts and schedules, communicating with customers, and ensuring inventory is properly managed to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory, scheduling, and production planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Control Manager with forecasts and schedules.
• Provide departments with required schedules and information.
• Communicate with customers as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels through timely ordering/releases.
• Collaborate with production to address control issues and improve efficiency.
• Keep accurate inventory records (manual or computerized).
• Expedite materials as required.
• Analyze MRP requirements and adjust purchase orders accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
