Global Precision Products - Middleton (formerly MK Services) is a precision CNC Machining operation serving the Aerospace and Defense industires. Our facility is AS9100 registered and ITAR compliant, and we build close, long-term relationships with both our customers and our outside processing partners.
The Production Control Coordinator owns our outside vending operations from purchase order through delivery back to the shop floor. This person issues purchase orders to our network of outside processing partners - heat treating, plating, grinding, and other sub-contracted operations - secures firm promise dates, and follows up relentlessly to keep those commitments on track. They are the company's single point of contact for outside vendor scheduling, and they carry that schedule information into our production meetings and to the General Manager. The role also supports day-to-day flow on the floor, helping move parts from one operation to the next so jobs keep moving.
If you are organized, comfortable on the phone, and know how to hold a vendor to a date without burning the relationship, this is a role where you will have real ownership from day one!
