Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Production Control Coordinator (PCC) is responsible for flow of materials, parts, and assemblies beginning from the receiving dock, throughout various departments, to outside vendors, and complete to customer, in accordance with customers' delivery requirements. The PCC must have critical attention to detail and supports manufacturing efficiency by ordering, storing, issuing, and maintaining all hardware and tools used in the manufacturing process. The PCC will be responsible for verifying all documentation is accurate and complete, communicating delivery information internally and externally, maintaining supplies, and other duties. The PCC will also transport product, as needed, to meet customer deadlines, and adhere to AS9100 and other quality standards.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, move throughout the facility, bend at the waist and knees, squat, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and communicate. The employee must frequently lift/or move 35 pounds, and up to 50 pounds on occasion. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment may be loud.
