Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry related experience solving problems without clear precedent.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work on various shifts including on-call rotation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze data to identify problems and develop solutions.
• Act as the point of contact for all water and gas requests with a diverse group.
• Interpret data to identify areas for process improvement and optimize operations.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work without direct supervision.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and adjusting on the fly.
• Experience using Maximo, data dashboards, databases and GPS management software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor gas and water networks to ensure safe operations and efficient movement.
• Dispatch water trucks and field personnel based on present and future conditions.
• Operate SCADA and related systems; extract data trends for analysis.
• Document gas conditions, events, and issues affecting flows for control room staff.
• Coordinate with field personnel to commission facilities and manage outages.
• Maintain daily shift logs and communicate operational status.
