Job summary

WP Rawl in Pelion, SC is hiring a Computer Clerk on 1st shift (8:15 AM - 4:30 PM, five days a week) to compile and record production data, help process orders, and maintain labels and inventory records in our processing facility.

Earn $15.00 per hour plus a $100 weekly Attendance Bonus. The role offers full benefits, 401(k) with match, PTO, and opportunities for growth in a stable, family-oriented company that values safety, teamwork, and community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and track production data and orders.

As a Computer Clerk in our processing facility, you’ll be responsible for compiling and recording vital production data, helping ensure accurate order processing, labeling, and tracking. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the flow of information and communication between production and management teams.

What You’ll Do

• Process and track production data, inventory levels, and customer orders
• Create case and pallet labels for product identification
• Assist with inventory counts and reporting
• Monitor systems and provide regular updates to management
• Support plant leadership with administrative tasks
• Maintain records in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and food safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Supervisor/Manager

What You Need to Succeed

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Self-directed with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Positive, professional attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
