Production Clerk - Express Scripts (Finance)

Location: Work on site, Whitestown, IN

Hours:

• 1st Shift - Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
• 2nd Shift - Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm
• 3rd Shift - Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm to 6:30am

Responsibilities:

• Dispense and pack prescriptions for shipment
• Process prescriptions
• Follow-up with patient issues
• Data entry and reference database management
• Ensure correct paperwork, envelopes, medications, and labels are included in packages
• Work on one order at a time at your workstation
• Bulk medications from manufacturer bottles, including visual inspection and labeling
• Visual inspection of patient-bound medications
• Prepare mail sacks or bulk containers for shipment
• Sort and distribute literature packs to stations
• Maintain a clean workstation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Basic math skills
• General computer skills, including Microsoft Office, internet, and email
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and willingness to work flexible schedules
• Ability to communicate in English (for safety rule communication)
• Ability to lift 40 lbs
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
