Overview

Express Scripts by Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, is hiring production clerks to stock, pick, and pack pharmacy prescriptions. The role requires attention to detail, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills to ensure the accuracy of prescription orders for our patients.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure each package has the correct paperwork, envelopes, medications, and labels before sealing and shipping.
2. Work on one order at a time at your workstation.
3. Verify that package details, such as addresses, are correct.
4. Ensure bags are sealed properly and printers are loaded with the correct paper.
5. Package prescriptions requiring special handling according to policies.
6. Collaborate with team members to share best practices while maintaining productivity and quality.
7. Keep the workstation clean at all times.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Basic math skills.
• General computer skills, including Microsoft Office, internet, and email.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to communicate safety rules in English.
