Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to perform this job.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Good mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Review formulation sheet to produce polyurethane foam.
• Operate computerized panel board and associated equipment.
• Mix chemical formulations for foam production.
• Transport product and materials with lift equipment.
• Read, count and label foam buns.
• Load and unload chemicals as needed.
• Follow environmental and DOT guidelines.
• Maintain production equipment and monitor process variables.
• Ensure good housekeeping and safe work area cleanliness.
