Job summary

Ferrara Candy Co. is seeking a data-entry focused team member for our packaging operations in California. The role involves entering and auditing production orders, monitoring inventory, and supporting supervisors with ERP processes.

We require a high school diploma or GED, 2 years in a manufacturing warehouse, and proficiency with Excel, MS Office, SAP and WMS. On-site position with overtime as needed. Competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with spreadsheets or database software such as Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP/WMS and MS Office required.
• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing warehouse setting required.
• Previous order entry/data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify and complete production Mfg. orders using M3 ERP.
• Assist departmental supervisors and other system users with M3 procedures.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Review Mfg. orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter production data provided by supervisors in a timely manner.
• Perform daily audits of finished goods.
• Investigate discrepancies between perpetual and physical inventory.
• Reconcile physical inventories and resolve negative balances.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Generate reports using current software and systems.
• Other duties as requested by the Packaging Manager.

• Assists departmental supervisors and other system users as to proper procedures in M3.
• Monitors daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Reviews Mfg. orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Inputs production data provided by departmental supervisors in an accurate and timely fashion.
• Performs daily audits of all finished goods.
• Investigates discrepancies between perpetual and physical inventory.
• Reconciles physical inventories; researches and resolves negative inventory balances.
• Performs cycle counts.
• Generates reports utilizing current software and computer systems.
• All other duties as requested by the Packaging Manager.

Compensation

$24.50 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential.
