• Must be able to read and follow work instructions to produce a quality product.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must follow safety and operating policies.
• Train new operators as needed.
• Able to stop/start the press per guidelines.
• Support equipment changeovers and PM activities.
• 5S in work cell areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate assembly equipment and follow work instructions at molding machines.
• Lift up to 35 pounds.
• Maintain production records.
• Monitor machine operation and report malfunctions or quality issues.
• Stack and pack assemblies per product specifications.
• Assist equipment changeovers with the technical team.
• Support PM activities and basic equipment problem solving.
• Train new operators as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies.
