Job summary

Triangle Rubber & Plastics is seeking a Production Cell Operator to run molding machines and inspect parts for quality. You will help keep the area safe, clean, and efficient, following established procedures throughout the shift.

You will record production data in Rockware and ensure accurate scrap reporting. You’ll also package and label finished parts and maintain orderly work cells for optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Machine operating experience preferred.
• Able to read and follow written schedules, setup instructions, and work manuals.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Basic computer or tablet skills for entering production data.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production cells, including molding machines and secondary part processes.
• Perform quality checks at the start of each shift to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Follow setup and shutdown procedures and keep equipment running smoothly.
• Record production data, scrap, and other details accurately in Rockware.

About the role

Join the Thermo Plastics Division at Triangle Rubber & Plastics and play a hands-on role in producing high-quality molded parts used across multiple industries.
