Job summary

RectorSeal Houston is seeking a dependable Batcher to prepare and mix ingredients for our plumbing, HVAC and firestop products. This on-site, hourly role requires standing for 8–12 hours and potential overtime based on demand.

You will stage materials, monitor mixtures, ensure safety, and work with QA/Lab to meet specifications while maintaining ERP inventory records. Shifts are typically 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 6 months experience acceptable in lieu of education.
• Ability to stand 8–12 hours per shift.
• Required to operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Proven reliability and punctuality; flexible to overtime.

Responsibilities

• Stage and prepare raw materials for mixing operations.
• Monitor the mixture of raw materials per formulas.
• Follow safety practices to manufacture products.
• Maintain product specifications with QA/Lab.
• Keep inventory accurate in the ERP system.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
