RectorSeal, based in Houston, Texas, is seeking a production Batcher for on-site duties in our HVAC/plumbing product lines. You will stage materials, mix according to formulas, and maintain quality while partnering with QA/Lab and ERP systems to track inventory. The role requires standing for 8–12 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for overtime.

We value reliable, punctual team players who can read instructions, work safely, and adapt to peak periods. JD Edwards experience is a plus.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent; 6 months manufacturing experience acceptable in lieu.
• HAZWOPER 40 certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Mansioni

• Stage and prepare raw materials for mixing operations.
• Monitor material blends according to formulas.
• Maintain safety and follow manufacturing practices.
• Record production data and maintain inventory in ERP.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack as needed.
• Support production line during peak times.
