Our Duncan, SC Facility is searching for dedicated Production Associates for all shifts. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Shift Schedules

• 2nd: 3PM - 11PM
• 3rd: 11PM - 7AM

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks, operate assembly equipment, and follow work instructions at molding machines.
• Lift up to 35 pounds.
• Read and follow work instructions to ensure product quality.
• Maintain production records.
• Follow safety and operational policies.
• Stack and pack assemblies and molded products per specifications.
• Monitor machine operation, report malfunctions or quality issues.
• Perform 5S activities within work areas.
• Train new operators as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing molding or assembly.
• High School diploma or G.E.D.
