Join Röchling Automotive Duncan as a Production Associate!

At Röchling, we produce unseen plastic parts that solve major challenges, protect the environment, and improve the driving experience. We value family, responsibility, and long-term perspectives. We are now hiring Production Associates for all shifts on a direct hire basis:

• 2nd Shift: 3PM - 11PM
• 3rd Shift: 11PM - 7AM

Responsibilities include:

1. Perform general manual labor tasks, operate assembly equipment, and follow work instructions at molding machines.
2. Lift up to 35 pounds as required.
3. Read and follow work instructions to ensure product quality.
4. Maintain accurate production records.
5. Adhere to all safety and operating policies.
6. Stack and pack assemblies and molded products according to specifications.
7. Monitor machine operations and report malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
8. Participate in 5S activities within work cell areas.
9. Train new operators as needed.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional expectations:

• Ensure personal performance quality and its impact on environment, safety, and data security across departments and with external contacts.
• Supervisors and managers are responsible for team performance and compliance with safety, environment, and data security standards.
• Engage in ongoing training, education, and information updates to uphold quality principles.
• Possess knowledge of customer-specific requirements through training or experience.
