Now Hiring: Production Associates – Warren, OH

Now hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing company in the Warren, OH area! This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced steel production environment assisting with machine operations, packaging, and assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and operation of presses according to customer specifications
• Package materials for shipping and prepare products for distribution
• Assist with parts assembly and production support tasks
• Operate a tow motor as needed (training provided)
• Perform visual quality inspections on finished products
• Maintain production pace with team members
• Utilize power tools and production equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety procedures

Schedule

1st Shift

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Monday – Friday

2nd Shift

• 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
• Monday – Thursday

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in an active manufacturing environment
• Must be able to work in loud environments and varying temperatures
• Basic math skills required
• Ability to read measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges is a plus
• Must be able to obtain forklift certification

Pay

• $13.00 per hour
