Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Associate to join a leading manufacturing organization. The role supports various production operations, with shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd correspondingly. Overtime is scheduled prior to start time and can be heavy, including weekends.

The position involves assembling products per work orders and blueprints, fastening components, and operating tools and rivet machines. Attention to quality and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to read a tape measure required.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to work orders and blueprints at individual workstations.
• Fasten parts using bolts, screws, rivets, clips, and other hardware.
• Operate hand and power tools, drills, and rivet machines - experience required.
• Verify fit, function, appearance, and quality standards of finished products.
• 1 year of Forklift experience required for Material Handling position.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting various production operations based on department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Pay Range: $16.50 to $17.50 an hour depending on shift

Shift:
1st Shift - 8 am to 4 pm
2nd Shift - 4 pm to 12 am
3rd Shift - 10 pm to 6 am (Sunday to Thursday)
-overtime is scheduled prior to start time and can be heavy, including weekends
