Job Description:
We are seeking a mechanically inclined and physically capable individual to join our team. This role involves working with duct rodders and related equipment to support cable installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and set up a marking machine to label footage on duct rod (training provided).
2. Load duct rod onto a carrier to a designated length.
3. Perform quality checks throughout the process and cut rod to specification.
4. Occasional lifting of materials (up to 35 pounds).

Requirements:

1. Comfortable with hands-on, mechanical tasks.
2. Physically fit to handle moderately demanding work.
3. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
4. No prior experience required—training will be provided.

Preferred Skills:

1. Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in working with tools.
2. Ability to follow instructions and adapt to training.
