Title: Case Manager

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Job Type: Full Time Permanent

Job Summary:
  • The Case Manager will collaborate with a group of employees including internal department directors, calendar leads, production associates, scheduling associates, court reporters, videographers, affiliates, and other vendors to ensure flawless execution on managed cases.
  • The Case Manager will service requests from clients such as law firms, attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
  • The role involves ensuring deadlines and expectations are met by resources and production, serving as a liaison between clients and the internal team.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage resources to meet performance expectations, creating an engaged and accountable team that delivers a superior client experience.
  • Work with the manager to provide regular communication.

Depending on the case/client, additional duties may include:

  • Assigning appropriate resources for each job using all available information.
  • Responding to urgent client and resource requests outside normal hours.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with service resources.
  • Partnering with Sales to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Consulting with the Production team on deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and responsive, including outside of regular business hours.
  • Team player with the ability to work closely with others towards common goals.
  • Detail-oriented with effective planning skills, able to meet deadlines and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed.
  • Capability to resolve challenges and improve processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
