Job summary

Jefferson Industries Corporation is seeking production associates to join the Welding Department on 1st shift (core schedule, Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm). You will load/unload parts in weld jigs, assemble, change weld-tips, and inspect parts to ensure quality.

Responsibilities include RDF inventory transfers, daily equipment checks, shift restocks, and housekeeping. Pay starts at $19.15/hour with regular raises, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing and/or warehouse experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload metal parts in weld jig.
• Assemble components.
• Change weld-tips.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards.
• Use RDF scanner to transfer inventory.
• Perform daily equipment inspections.
• Restock for oncoming shift.
• General housekeeping duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
