Join A&B Process Systems / JBT and be part of a leading global technology and solutions provider to high-value segments of the pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and dairy industries. We specialize in stainless steel custom fabrication of both industrial and sanitary process systems.

  • DAY SHIFT opportunities

As our PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE, you will assist welders, fabricators/fitters, and finishers with weld preparation, manufacturing of components, fit-up of assemblies, and finishing components.

On a given day, you may:

  • Handle raw materials by retrieving stock from racks, shearing, breaking, and cutting the stock to size, deburring the edges in preparation for fabrication.
  • Measure materials to be cut.
  • Train with an experienced welder or fabricator using on-the-job training to learn techniques of welds and fabrication methods.
  • Ensure that work areas are clean.

Requirements for the role

  • A High School degree or GED.
  • A strong mechanical aptitude with a high degree of attention to detail and quality is a definite plus. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
